Johnson John
Johnson John is the writer and founder of Women of Scripture, a website dedicated to exploring the lives and faith of the women of the Bible.
He grew up in a family closely connected with church life. His late father served as a pastor, and Johnson spent many years helping him with church activities and ministry work. During that time, he participated in Bible discussions, church programs, and community activities focused on studying Scripture.
These early experiences created a strong interest in learning about the people and stories found in the Bible.
Johnson also worked as a male nurse for 25 years, caring for patients and supporting families during difficult moments. This long career in healthcare shaped his understanding of compassion, patience, and service to others.
Today, he focuses on content writing and Bible study.
Why This Website Was Created
Johnson started Women of Scripture after noticing that many people search for information about the women in the Bible, but their stories are often scattered across different sources.
The goal of this website is to bring together the Bible women’s stories in one place so readers can easily learn about the lives of these female Bible characters and understand where they appear in Scripture.
Research and Writing Approach
Each article on this website begins with the biblical passages where the woman appears. The stories are explained using the Bible text, along with reliable study resources when needed, to understand the historical setting.
The goal is to explain the story clearly while staying close to what the Bible actually says.
Purpose of Women of Scripture
Women of Scripture helps readers discover and understand the women of the Bible.
Some of these women are well known, such as Ruth, Esther, and Mary Magdalene. Others appear briefly in Scripture but still contribute to the larger biblical narrative.
By bringing these stories together, the website helps readers explore the lives of women in the Bible in a clear and organized way.
